Hi, I’m Aunna, Health & Lifestyle Coach, veteran, and advocate for trauma-informed healing. My mission is to support trauma survivors, veterans, and individuals facing chronic stress in reclaiming their health, restoring balance, and living fully embodied lives through holistic and integrative tools.
A Personal Journey to Healing
My path to health coaching is deeply personal. Growing up in a household impacted by addiction, I learned early on how deeply our environment shapes our emotional and physical health. As a Navy veteran and someone who grew up in an unsafe environment, I understand firsthand the challenges of emotional dysregulation, nervous system imbalances, and chronic stress. My healing journey led me to explore functional medicine, polyvagal theory, CBT, somatic psychology, and nutrition, transforming my well-being and deepening my passion for helping others. By embracing practices that promote mind-body connection, self-compassion, and spiritual awareness, I found a path to true healing—one that I now share.
With experience in functional medicine, medically assisted weight-loss coaching, and lifestyle transformation, I provide a science-backed and compassionate approach to wellness. I am also certified in nutrition coaching and restorative yoga, integrating these practices to help clients nourish their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel safe in their healing process.
